I am water

 " Water should not be labeled as poor cousin in parliaments global discussion." Mikhail Gorbachev , founder and president of Green Cross ( environmental NGO ) , in his speech to the world , at the opening ceremony of the 6TH WORLD WATER FORUM .

We live on this earth , water planet , in 2/ 3 of its length, blue all know that is not so, only 0 , 008 % all this water resource is very quality for consumption and more : the Brazil retains 12 % of the amount of fresh water on the globe . " Our natural resources are abundant , does not mean that infinitos.Nossa struggle is internal ," is ... take cultural and environmental education for several generations , so that the next can take advantage of this widespread environmental heritage .At the end of the Sixth Forum in Marseille , world authorities , drafted a memorandum of understanding to be studied and thematic reflection on the important event to be held in June , in the marvelous city , Rio + 20 .Investing in this trip did change paradigms , broaden my outlook on the world , contextualize , increase critical mass , daring and why not, realize dreams coming true , shared .

             After some reflections and studies come to the conclusion that I belong to a unique group of people who , by ecological awareness implemented is inserted into the concept of " think globally and act locally." In contemporary, this translates into : Planetary Citizen fortunately the millions rife in this pluralistic world.

                                                      Congratulations to us all , participants of the Brazilian delegation of the Intermunicipal Consortium PCJ , the basins of Piracicaba , Capivari and Jundiaí rivers that sits on the collegiate planetary citizens .

                                                     I thank the executives of this active Basin Committee directors , our inclusion in this magnitude of such environmental event.

                                                                                      Palavras de um delegado equatoriano, em  conferência ocorrida no Fórum Mundial das Águas - Marseille’12-França

                                                                                    “A água não deve ser mais rotulada como primo          pobre, em parlamentos de discussão global”. Mikhail Gorbachev, fundador e presidente da Green Cross (ONG ambientalista), em seu discurso para o mundo, na cerimônia de abertura do 6TH WORLD WATER FORUM.

Vivemos nessa Terra, planeta água,em 2/3 de sua extensão,tudo azul!Sabemos que não é bem assim, somente 0, 008% de todo este recurso hídrico é de qualidade própria para consumo e mais: o Brasil retém 12% do montante de água potável do globo."Nossos recursos naturais são abundantes, não significa dizer que, infinitos.Nossa luta é interna", é cultural e... tome educação ambiental por várias gerações, para que as próximas possam usufruir deste patrimônio ambiental difuso.

Ao término do Sexto Fórum, em Marseille, as autoridades mundiais, redigiram um protocolo de intenções para ser objeto de estudo e reflexão temática, no importante evento a ser realizado em junho, na cidade maravilhosa, Rio + 20.

Investir nessa viagem fez mudar paradigmas, ampliar meu olhar sobre o mundo, contextualizar, aumentar a massa crítica, ousar e porque não, concretizar sonhos sonhados, compartilhados.

             Após algumas reflexões e estudos chego à conclusão que pertenço a um singular grupo de pessoas que, pela consciência ecológica posta em prática está  inserido no conceito de “pensar globalmente e agir localmente”. No contemporâneo, isso se traduz em: Cidadão Planetário, felizmente grassa aos milhões, nesse mundo plural.

 

                                                      Parabéns a todos nós, participantes da comitiva brasileira do Consórcio Intermunicipal PCJ, das bacias dos rios Piracicaba, Capivari e Jundiaí que tem assento no colegiado de cidadãos planetários.

                                                     Agradeço aos diretores executivos deste atuante Comitê de Bacia, a nossa inclusão social nesse evento de tamanha magnitude ambiental.
